Have you heard of RepairClinic?
RepairClinic is a really good resource for appliance parts, repair manuals, and advice. I just got some dishwasher rack clips in the mail from them today and fixed the top rack of my dishwasher that kept falling down :) Cost me about $10. It's a lot easier than you may think.
