I found it ... I think
After much searching this morning, I found www.sewingpatterns.com. They had a pattern for a double-breasted men's jacket that was customizable. I added my son's measurements and paid the $3.99. Now we'll see what the pattern is like when I get the download link. Fingers crossed! ^.^
