The Queen

I watched The Queen today.  Did anyone else find it... um... boring?  I was really looking forward to it.  I've seen Helen Mirren in lots of other movies and the Suspect series.  I love learning about all things British and was hoping this would provide a peek behind the royal walls.  But this was unbelievably blah.  The filmmakers really played it safe on this one.  It was an entire movie portraying how and why the Queen did what she did after the death of Princess Diana.  We were not amused.

Love this one.  I'm watching Arthur and the Invisibles as I type this.  It's a very artistic and visually wonderful movie, and the story and acting are really good too.  Even my 16-year-old admitted he likes it!
