The Duchess Kitty crochet pattern is finally finished. You know how sometimes a project drags on and you just can't seem to complete it? That's what happened with Duchess. Anyway, she's finally finished, and the crochet pattern is available in my Etsy shop for $3.00. If it is sold out, just send me a message and I will relist it for you.
Here she is:
There are lots of crochet patterns for toys out there, but is there a pattern you wish someone would write? Is there an animal or object you would like to see in crochet? It can be anything at all.
Please visit Suncatcher Eyes for the free crochet pattern to make the Fuji Dolls. The pattern even includes how to make the beret and mini cowboy hat.
Most of my crochet patterns have been marked down to $3.00 and $3.50 in my Etsy shop. Go ahead, take a look!
Here's a few:
Special Announcement: As of 4/30/2008, all Suncatcher Eyes patterns Creative Commons licenses will change. Permission is now given to make as many dolls as you like and even sell them, just give credit to www.suncatchereyes.net. The pattern itself is still protected by the Creative Commons license and cannot be resold.
The pattern licenses were restricted in the beginning because I had always hoped to make more of my dolls. Unfortunately, I have a medical condition that prevents me from crocheting for too long at a time, thus not allowing me to produce more of the dolls from my patterns. I will now leave that up to my customers :)
Some of the patterns for sale at Suncatcher Eyes and on Etsy:
Don't forget to check out http://www.suncatchereyes.net for lots more free patterns and other patterns for sale (with the same new licensing!).
I sell and also give away crochet patterns. Most of them are for personal use only, meaning if you make the item, you cannot sell the pattern or the item you make from it. Would that turn you off from buying the pattern in the first place? I'm seriously considering changing the creative commons license of my patterns.
Opinions, please.
Too much to do and too little time to sit and write another pattern. So the crochet pattern to make Dudley is now free. Enjoy!
To make your own Dudley the Bird, visit Suncatcher Eyes and purchase the pattern (it's only $3.00).
